Pet Policy

Hershey Trust Company Home Pet Policy

1. Maximum two pets (dog/cat) per household.

2. Eligible pets must have a current license as required by local, county and/or state regulations.

3. Eligible pets must be at least one year old.

4. Resident must provide current veterinary paperwork showing required vaccinations/shots.

5. Eligible pets must be treated with a flea and tick preventative year around.

6. HTC has sole discretion on approval of a pet based on breed.

7. An additional non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and a monthly pet fee of $25 per pet. Excluding service dogs with proper ADA papers.

8. HTC has the right to make reasonable changes to the pet rules from time to time.
