Pet Policy

Hershey Trust Company Apartment Pet Policy

1. Only one dog or one cat is permitted per apartment.

2. Dogs must be 40 lbs. and under.

3. Eligible pets must be spayed/neutered.

4. Eligible pets must have current license as required by local, county and/or state regulations.

5. Eligible pets must be at least one year old.

6. Resident must provide current veterinary paperwork showing required vaccinations/shots.

7. Eligible pets must be treated with a flea and tick preventative year around.

8. HTC has sole discretion on approval of a pet based on breed.

9. An additional non-refundable pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet fee of $25. Excluding service dogs with proper ADA papers.

10. HTC has the right to make reasonable changes to the pet rules from time to time.
